What Happens Next?

  1. We will receive your CV by email, fax or post. A Consultant will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet to discuss what your exact requirements are.
  2. If you are not available for a meeting we will conduct a telephone application but we do believe a better impression is gained for both parties face to face.
  3. In our meeting we will explain in detail how we will represent you to ensure you are comfortable with the process and answer any questions you may have.
  4. Your Consultant will approach pre-agreed clients on your behalf providing brief details but using total discretion and confidentiality.
  5. Following initial enquiries your Consultant will provide feedback from clients and agree with you who you would like to progress your interest with further.
  6. Your CV will be presented to agreed clients and your identity made known for further consideration for opportunities.
  7. Your Consultant will arrange interviews providing you with a synopsis of the opportunity, the recruiting organisation and equip you with location maps and website addresses.
  8. Following interview we will obtain feedback from you and the client and relay this information back to both parties.
  9. If you do not want to proceed with the application we will inform the client accordingly. Should you be unsuccessful we will provide you with honest feedback and continue with our search.
  10. Should the client wish to proceed we will obtain full details of an offer of employment including role and remuneration package and communicate this with you verbally.
  11. Upon verbal acceptance we will ensure the client confirms the offer in writing so that you have all the information required prior to resigning your current position.
