Job Description:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an 'A class' Professional from a Commercial background to be a significant, valued member of a talented team, leading the delivery of a number of first-class Projects in the Commercial Sector in heart of Yorkshire. The company has recently been involved in some of the most prestigious and exciting projects in the local region and are continuing in successfully securing further work.

As expected in a role of this nature, you will play a large part in motivating and leading fellow professionals. You will be at the forefront of the division, representing this organisation and leading a team of individuals at varying seniority levels.

You will carry out a number of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management duties and frequently liaise with other multi-disciplinary teams engaged on a number of schemes, keeping the Project Management team and Client informed of progress and delivery at all times.

In addition, the successful Candidate will be involved in ensuring that the Client receives a first class service time and again, maximising their business potential and securing repeat business. You will be required to operate at a highly strategic level and will be responsible for some operational functions within the business.

Person Specification:

You will be able to demonstrate a proven background and track record in a similar role, have solid experience on projects in the Commercial Sector and have previously been working for a like-minded organisation.

you must be MRICS qualified to be considered for this role.
