Job Description:

The practice has excellent growth plans and are looking to expand their workforce in the upcoming months in order to meet the demands of the ever-growing workload. They’re seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join their West Yorkshire office.

Working closely with the Client throughout, you will be involved in delivering the full range of project management duties. You will be working on a range of large-scale schemes, both new build and refurbishment, predominantly in the Retail and Commercial sectors where you will be acting as the single point of contact for the Client.

You will become a key member of the team in very supportive environment, on an excellent career path. They cover all employee subscriptions and fund relevant courses to ensure you receive the right support to achieve your potential and continuously develop, personally and professionally.

The successful Candidate will join a wider technical team, currently enjoying a robust workload and a developing Client base. You will be a key member of the team, pushing the Project Management arm of the business forward, with very real opportunities for further progression available.

Person Specification:

Applicants for this role will have a strong technical Construction background, ideally in Building Surveying or a similar discipline, and will have a proven track record in successfully delivering construction Project Management services.

You will be proficient in a Client facing role, with solid Consultancy experience. Experience of delivering schemes in the Retail and Commercial sectors are highly desirable are ideally wanting someone MRICS or MAPM qualified.
