Job Description:

❖ This independent Consultancy are looking to expand their workforce in the upcoming months in order to meet the demands of the ever-growing workload. With this in mind they are seeking to appoint Project Managers to join their West Yorkshire office.

❖ Working closely with the Client throughout, you will be involved in delivering the full range of Project Management duties on a roll out program in the Retail sector.

❖ The successful Candidates will be joining a wider technical team, currently enjoying a robust workload and a developing Client base.

Person Specification:

❖ Applicants for this role will have a strong technical Construction Consultancy background, ideally in Building Surveying or a similar discipline, and will have a proven track record in successfully delivering Construction Consultancy Project Management services.

❖ Experience of delivering schemes in the Retail and Commercial sectors are highly desirable.

❖ This dynamic Consultancy is looking to employ a real team player who takes a 'hands-on' approach to their project work.

❖ A positive attitude and the self motivation and confidence to take responsibility and build strong Client relationships are traits which will come natural to you.
