Job Description:

Based either out of Sheffield, or their newly opened impressive Leeds City Centre offices, our Client has an exciting requirement for an Associate level or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team

Working in unison with other northern offices you will be involved in providing commercial services on a variety of projects crossing over sectors including:

~ Education
~ Retail
~ Commercial
~ Residential


This is a great opportunity to join a growing talented multi-disciplinary team in either their Leeds or Sheffield hub.


Person Specification:

This desirable Consultancy is looking for a high calibre MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in a similar blue chip Private Practice or End User.

You will already be in a senior position or about to take your next career move into an Associate role and are considering whether it would be better served combining it with a new career challenge in a new environment.

Your technical ability will be a given but equally important are your personal traits which will include outstanding internal and external communication skills, both oral and written and a high level of commercial acumen whilst ensuring service delivery is of a consistent high standard.
