Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultancy Project Manager to join this renowned Construction Consultancy.

Based in their Leeds offices you will be joining a team of experienced quality like-minded professionals engaged on a variety of projects covering a wide scope of project sectors.

For this particular requirement our Client is looking for a Project Manager with good Education experience ideal in the HE sector.

Duties and responsibilities are as you would expect and include:

~ Management of projects both pre and post-contract incorporating:

* Financial Management
* Risk management
* Full stakeholder and Design Team / Contractor interface
* Project delivery ensuring schemes are delivered on time, to cost and of course to a high standard


Person Specification:

Hard skills and qualifications for this opportunity include:

~ Relevant Construction related degree (Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Building Surveying)
~ Professional industry qualifications (MRICS / MAPM)
~ Excellent track record in a Project Management role within a Construction Consultancy environment


Soft Skills:

~ Bags of professionalism
~ Impressive both verbally and written
~ The ability to inspire confidence in those around you
