This key Client has an excellent opportunity available for an Associate Director / Technical Director to undertake a national role to lead and grow a rapidly expanding geotechnical design team in their Leeds, Manchester, London or Cardiff offices. You would take on responsibility for the regeneration, geotechnics and geo-environmental workload, and you will identify new business opportunities in these areas. You will understand the importance of excellent client service and instil this within your team and the wider organisation of the importance of clear communication of technically challenging, innovative solutions. You must also be prepared to travel to other offices around the UK to provide leadership and support to the team.
To apply for the position of Associate Director / Technical Director (Geo-Environmental) you should be qualified to degree level in a relevant subject, for example geology or civil engineering. In addition you will have an excellent reputation in the local market place, with extensive experience working in a similar role with an organisation of a similar size. You will have an extremely good track record in terms of project delivery across a range of high profile geotechnical and environmental projects. You should also be an effective leader and be experienced in client care and project delivery.
The successful applicant would also be expected to have a very good track record in the development of new opportunities, and the winning of new consultancy work.
A full UK driving licence is also essential.
