This consultancy is very well respected in the Yorkshire market with a unprecedented reputation for quality gained within numerous sectors. Their portfolio includes (but is not limited to) education, leisure and commercial developments. Located in Leeds within easy commute of the M1, M62 and M621.

Job Description:

My Client is looking to appoint an Electrical Engineer to join their ever expanding team in Leeds. The team is working on a number of different projects.

Working on projects ranging in value you will be responsible for design from conception through to construction and site supervision. This includes typical duties such as the preparation of design calculations, technical specifications, drawings, Client liaison and report writing.

You will also be expected to be able to make business decisions acting on your own initiative in your capacity as a team leader.

Person Specification:

Presently an Electrical Design Engineer or Senior Engineer, you will be ideally Chartered but certainly holding a minimum of HNC or are able to demonstrate proven technical ability within electrical building services design.

You will need to be able to produce effective designs to UK CIBSE standards and also manage projects through to handover including Client liaison.

With a good all round knowledge of IT you will be familiar with standard design packages and a knowledge of CAD/Revit will also be an advantage.
