Due to an increased workload my Client is looking to appoint a Principal Civil Engineer to join their established Civils team and be responsible for the design of Highway and Drainage schemes for Residential, Retail, Industrial and Commercial developments.
Experience in drainage S104 and highways S38, 278 design standards is required and you should be familiar with the relevant design software packages such as MicroDrainage, PDS and/or Civils 3D.
You will have experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders/statutory bodies and possess strong commercial aqumen.
As an experienced Civil Engineer you will possess a proven track record as Technical lead on infrastructure projects.
To be considered for the position you will be degree educated within the Civil/Structural Engineering profession and ideally hold an institutional qualification such as CEng/IEng.
You will possess at least 10 years’ experience within the industry and have proven experience of leading and managing your own projects.
The team consists of varying levels of experience and will require your input into developing junior members in a mentoring and support role.
Both excellent communication skills, written and verbally, of course a pre requisite.
