Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen within this reputable leisure chain for an experienced Project Manager to join their Property team based in Leeds.

As an experienced Project Manager whilst working �Client side� your duties will be similar as working in �Consultancy� providing specialist technical and delivery guidance across all projects on new and existing sites.

Daily tasks will include:

~ Feasibility studies on new site acquisitions and alterations to existing venues
~ Full site delivery from acquisition through to opening ensuring budgets, quality and construction programs are met
~ Liasion and decision making with internal and external design Consultant�s, Contractors and other Stakeholders

Person Specification:

Suitable Candidates will possess:

~ Relevant construction industry qualifications and professional Charterships such as ARB/RICS/MAPM
~ Have proven experience in delivering multi projects ideally in sectors including leisure, retail or hospitality
~ Be a natural communicator, both orally and written, with the ability to induce unison with all stakeholders involved in the process
