Job Description:

A Senior Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer is sought to join a Design team which delivers Consultancy services to it's in-house Client.

You will be an experienced 'all-rounder' comfortable fulfilling a 360 degree role on HVAC Building Services projects varying in size and complexity on both new build and refurbishments.

In brief, duties include :

~ Design, specification, preparation of tender documentation and contract administration on a range of predominantly Public Sector projects.

~ Carrying out Mechanical (HVAC) condition surveys and compilation of reports on plant within various building types.

Person Specification:

You will ideally have the following qualifications :

~ HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
~ A Chartered Engineer, or working towards Chartership, in a Building Services discipline.
~ MCIBSE.

Skill sets will include :

~ Previous relative experience.
~ Proficient with Hevacomp and/or IES.
~ Experience with REVIT an advantage.
