Job Description:


An exciting time to join this expanding reputable provider of Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying services.

A Project Manager is sought, ideally from a Quantity Surveying background, to take full responsibility for the delivery of pre and post contract services, including costings input, on projects across a variety of sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Residential, Automotive and Sports and Leisure.

Applicants for this role will be Project Managers from a Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Consultancy background with experience of acting as Employer's Agent as well as the traditional Project Manager’s role.


Person Specification:


~ Ideally MRICS qualified but will accept someone who is on the APC route.

~ You will have strong Client-facing skills, being able to represent this Practice in a professional and diligent manner.

~ A professional who enjoys “multi-tasking” in their role which will encompass all aspects of PM/EA and Quantity Surveying.

~ This is an ideal role for somebody who perhaps might be working in a more “corporate” environment and is looking to be closer to the sharp end of the business and have more variety in their role.
