Job Description:


Due to continued growth of the engineering department and a busy workload, my Client has a requirement for an Engineer/Senior Engineer to join an established team.

My Client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineer to manage and work on the design of various structural engineering projects. The projects are mainly within the Yorkshire region but will occasionally include sites across the UK.

You will be responsible for the structural design of buildings for the Commercial, Residential, Industrial Leisure and Retail sectors. You will possess experience with both new build and refurbishment projects.

You will be proficient in the design of all structural materials and possess sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety and legal regulations.

To be considered for this position you will hold a degree in the relevant Civil / Structural engineering discipline and have at least 4 years experience.

You will be capable of working independently or with the design team

Knowledge and understanding of current technical standards

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to develop and maintain Client relationships

Point of note; This role will involve working remotely from home, therefore offers fantastic work/life balance with no travelling into the city to contend with.
